Our property, Xamach Dos, features five different casitas, each unique in it's own way; The beautiful and rustic treetop cabana with one queen bed, the two bedroom casa grande with 3 beds, cabana sol and cabana luna with 2 queen beds each, and the small, secluded casa secreta with one queen bed. All have private baths and porches. Our beautiful open air palapa restaurant sits in the center of the property, surrounded by beautiful palms and offering unobstructed Caribbean views.
The warm, calm caribbean waters are excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling, with an unspoiled reef system just a hundred or so yards from the powder sand beach. Take one of our kayaks out in the bay, or take a boat trip into the laguna with mayan fishing and nature guides..or do nothing at all! We have hammocks to relax in all over the property. Wait till you see the stars at night..and the spectacular sunrises in the morning!

Xamach Dos is located deep in the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, A UNESCO World Heritage site covering 1.3 million acres of jungle, lagoon systems, and untouched Caribbean beaches.
The Sian Ka'an is home to over 330 bird species, 103 mammal species, and at least 23 recorded Mayan ruin sites...one of the largest is Xamach, right across the road from us and available for our guests to explore.
We are one of only 3 resorts located in this remarkable area (and by far the most fun). Birdwatching, fishing and beachcombing are among the many things to do at Xamach, as well as kayaking out to our unspoiled reef system (kayaks are free to use for our guests). We can also set up lagoon tours and flyfishing expeditions with experienced local guides.
So head south from Tulum down the fabled Boca Paila Road and discover a place like no other, the last of it's kind...Xamach Dos.
